We take great pride in our work here at Elite Wood Design and most of our products are handmade.  With the items that are handmade and typically custom / personalized, our products cannot be returned. As a small business, we pride ourselves on creating one of a kind items for our customers.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
